Delta Training and Consultancy is a multidisciplinary regional institution dedicated to strengthening governance systems, improving institutional performance, and advancing sustainable development across East Africa and the Horn of Africa. We operate as a bridge between policy, practice, and evidence—translating complex development challenges into practical, measurable, and sustainable solutions.

Headquartered in Kampala (Uganda) with strategic presence in Juba (South Sudan) and Asmara (Eritrea), Delta serves governments, international development agencies, NGOs, and private sector institutions. Our regional footprint enables us to operate in fragile, post-conflict, and transitioning contexts where institutional strengthening is most critical.

Founded by a consortium of senior experts with over three decades of experience, Delta combines academic excellence, field-based expertise, and policy advisory capabilities. Our team has worked extensively with UN agencies, the World Bank, European Union, FAO, UNICEF, COMESA, and national governments in designing and implementing high-impact development programs.

Our work is grounded in evidence-based methodologies, participatory approaches, and context-sensitive solutions. We believe that sustainable development is achieved when institutions are strong, systems are efficient, and people are empowered with the right skills and knowledge.
